Design & Planning Applications
Here at Jack Thomas our aim is to make the pre-construction phase as quick and easy as possible. Let us focus on the detailed design and liaise with the appointed architects and structural engineers. Once you appoint us, we will schedule a suitable date for the initial consultation meeting. The next step is a measured survey of your property, with the intent to produce a set of existing, and proposed drawings.
After working closely together and implementing your design vision into drawings and specification schedules, ensuring proposals are in line with current building regulations, we shall seek the approval of the proposed drawings. Then we will submit a planning application to the local council.
Project Management
As the project manager, it’s our job to ensure a successful and safe project delivery. This comes down to a completely transparent approach in all aspects of the build.
